Alfredo began his Ballroom Dancing career in Europe (Poland) where he studied the International Style of dance in both Latin and Standard. He obtained his education here in the U.S. and graduated from Hamline University with a Master's degree in Business Management.

Mr. Alfredo competed nationally with his partner, Ms. Spumoni, in American Style Ballroom. He also competed in the International Style of ballroom. He is the studio manager at Let's Dance where his duties include teaching students, training staff, giving student examinations, and overseeing many of the day to day studio operations.
